Mr. Marshall has participated in and coordinated special projects for a number of think tanks spanning SVSER and Google Think to AFCEA, DHS, SRI and ITTC, covering topics from cyber security and privacy to the future of blockchain and quantum networking.

As Founder of Gibiru.com, Indexr.ai and a number of other privacy-first applications, Mr. Marshall is a thought leader in the subjects of cyber security, privacy, communications and application development.

Mr. Matthews was brought into the project to help ShieldCom Inc. in the development of a modularized rapidly deployable solution that brings the latest secure programs and networks together under one umbrella.

Mr. Gosienfaio was brought in to help re-purpose Steven Marshall’s novel technology and tech relationships into underserved markets. He is a retired Class One pharmaceutical executive with over 15 years of business development and strategic relationship experience.

He is an expert in operational planning and strategic planning for special programs, technical solutions for complex IT projects, national and international level liaison, intelligence, and security that focuses on every aspect of internal and external operations.
